Advanced Workflow

The Advanced Workflow feature, configured in Dashboard, makes it possible to pop up certain CRM pages or launch specific URLs when particular trigger conditions are met. The Launcher feature uses workflow options to configure handy web links in the Tenfold UI for easy access.
