General improvements

  • REQ-203: Adds a warning message which displays when a user's extension is already in use and someone logs in using the same extension.

    NOTE: Requires TCC 5.3.0 and App 5.3.0

  • SUS-1420: Fixes an issue which caused the app to intermittently fail to load dispositions associated with a matched record, unless the app was triggered to reload dispositions (by saving notes, or otherwise causing the app to reload).

  • SUS-1457: Fixes an issue where configuring Contextual Matching to auto-relate the first case the user navigated to with the current call did not work.

Phone-system specific improvements

RingCentral MVP

  • RCREQ-94: Fixes an intermittent issue causing calls to get stuck with "On-Hold" status without an option to hang up the call after the call has completed a transfer to another user.

  • RCREQ-189: Fixes an issue which caused creating a new Lead from the Lead button in the UI to fail.

  • RCREQ-193: Fixes an issue with translated button text which interfered with creating new objects in the German version.

Service Cloud Voice (BYOT)

  • REQ-39: Fixes an issue with call transcriptions.

  • REQ-40: Fixes an issue with call control display when using a SIP extension.

  • REQ-42: Fixes an issue with Advanced Call Controls.

Known Issues

  • TF-13667: When contextual matching is configured for SFDC and Dynamics object types, the matched record does not always display at the bottom of the UI.

  • TF-13709: Agent's call doesn't show on hold when call is swapped with customer.
