SUS-1473: Fixes an issue with the embedded Zendesk app which caused the the default agent status to become the first custom status, and to constantly change.
Phone system-specific improvements
Avaya AES
SUS-1466: Fixes an issue which caused the Tenfold app controls to fail to work when the HA TCC standby is active (in some situations).
SUS-1504: Fixes an issue which could require users to log out and back in againt after failover in order to place or receive calls. All extensions from the collection stations are now monitored after failover.
Cisco UCCE
REQ-183: Adds call state support for Cisco Finesse UCCE.
REQ-185: Adds support for corporate directories for Cisco Finesse UCCE, including the ability to download a telephony platform directory and the ability to transfer calls to both internal and external numbers using Tenfold.
REQ-188: Adds support for ingesting attached data from Finesse, including IVR and basic call information data (including the dialed number, queue, and other call data).
REQ-189: Adds support for OmniChannel for Cisco Finesse UCCE.
REQ-190: Adds support for High Availability for Cisco Finesse UCCE.
REQ-191: Adds support for autoprovisioning of agent IDs for Cisco Finesse UCCE.
REQ-192: Adds the ability for one TCC instance to send information to multiple organizations and for multiple TCC instances to send information to one organization (many-to-many support). Also adds the ability for a proxy to connect to the Tenfold cloud.
REQ-193: Adds encryption to both the connection to the Tenfold Cloud and to the phone system for Cisco Finesse UCCE.
SUS-1452: Adds proxy awareness and support for a single TCC instance to send events to multiple orgs in Cisco Finesse UCCE.
SUS-1475: Fixes an issue causing outbound calls to fail when multiple phone numbers were associated with a single record and a user deletes the number from the record using the CRM.

TF-2691: Implements failover support for Cisco UCM.

SUS-1442: Fixes an issue which caused Tenfold to log in agents again when they logged out.
