Phone system specific-improvements

RingCentral MVP (Office)

  • REQ-311: Adds an orange oval on the Matches tab with the number of records matching the call when a multi-match call is received; displays until a match is selected.

Known issues

  • TF-14882: Inbound and Outbound call activity does not display in the Activity tab for Zendesk.

  • TF-14975: Clicking "Unassign" in the Info tab does not unassign a phone number from Zendesk records.

  • TF-15039: User cannot create a new cause on Desktop for MacOS.

  • TF-15076: App does not work in Firefox incognito mode.

  • TF-15091: App occasionally fails to display the Agent Status dropdown.
