Tenfold Cloud Connect (TCC) v5.8.2.1 release notes

  • Genesys PureEngage: Ubuntu 18.04

General improvements

  • SUS-1510: Added the ability to specify internal and external specific dialing rules.

  • SUS-1649: Resolved an issue that prevented call events from showing in TCC after a scheduled restart.

Phone system-specific improvements

Cisco UCM

  • SUS-1659: Resolved an issue that caused some CTD calls to create a duplicate call.

  • SUS-1653: Resolved an issue that caused the Command Handler to be blocked during device reconciliation.

  • SUS-1510: Removed the requirement for Cisco UCM integration to use phonesystem.internal.phone.identifier and added the ability for TCC to pull a list of all internal extensions. The interval when this is pulled can be configured using the ciscoucm.resource.listener.period field, and also happens when TCC is restarted.

  • SUS-1569: Resolved an issue that cause random duplicated call events.

Genesys

  • REQ-268: Added the ability to manage extensions from the UI. This includes adding, removing, and changing primary extensions.

Avaya AES

  • SUS-1675: Resolved an issue that prevents users from logging in using agent login if they're already logged in to the agent ID in Avaya.

  • TF-15558: Resolved an issue that that caused TCC to continue to report that AES was disconnected even though it wasn't.
