Phone systems and operating systems tested in this release

This release is certified for the following phone systems and operating systems:

  • Avaya AES: Redhat 8, CentOS 8

  • Cisco UCM: Windows Server 2016

  • Genesys PureEngage: Ubuntu 18.04

General improvements

  • SUS-1600: Resolved an issue that caused the pipe character to be treated as a regex value in the configuration file instead of a delimiter in UUI data.

Phone system-specific improvements

Avaya AES

  • SUS-1675: Resolved an issue that caused agent login to fail if a user was already logged into the agent in Avaya.

  • SUS-1728: Resolved an issue that caused the maximum number of monitored extensions to be reached over a period of time.

  • SUS-1700: Resolved an issue that caused duplicate extensions when receiving multiple termination events.

  • SUS-1508: Resolved an issue that caused advanced workflows to not trigger on some inbound external calls.

  • REQ-340: Added the ability to send a command to a Primary TCC to force a failover, failback, and restart without failing over. Also adds support for saving state while using HA.

  • SUS-1737: Resolved an issue where TCC would disconnect when receiving an agent status update with a username instead of an agent ID.
