General improvements

  • TF-16536: Made changes to the tool tip for read only agent statuses to be more intuitive.

  • SUS-1913: Resolved an issue where the cursor wasn't appearing in the notes section of the UI after the first click.

  • SUS-1817: Added a reload button to the desktop app for situations where the UI won't load.

  • NICREQ-365: Changed the tooltips for read only agent statuses to be more intuitive.

  • NICREQ-384: Resolved an issue that caused the app to be hidden under the home tab.

  • NICREQ-371: Added the ability for the app to stay docked during a session tab switch.

Phone system specific-improvements

  • TF-16788: Added the ability for the UI to update with new address book without needing to refresh the page.

  • NICREQ-366: Added the ability to accept VMs from the Popups in Dynamics with CIFv2.

  • NICREQ-333: Resolved an issue that prevented desktop notifications from working.

  • NICREQ-332: Added the ability for newly added address books to display without needing to refresh the app.

  • SUS-1816: Added a requirement for users to be in a not ready status in order to log out to prevent partial logout states.
