Submit a Support Request

Before submitting a case, try troubleshooting your issue using the guides available here on our Documentation Site. If you are unable to resolve your issue, then submit a case by following these instructions:

  1. Navigate to the Liveperson Support Portal.

  2. Fill in the case submission form. Please note, it is important to include the correct organization ID. This can be found here.

  3. Click Submit and your case will be sent directly to our Voice Channel Support Case Queue.
