General improvements
SUS-2285: Added ability to silence the ringer sound on incoming calls. This can be accomplished through the Tenfold App UI's Settings menu.
SUS-2274: Added ability to handle extensions with special characters.

SUS-1809: Fixed an issue where some users' notes entered in the Tenfold App are not saved to Salesforce.
