Tenfold Cloud Connect (TCC) v3.7.1 release notes

Released 9 September, 2021

Certified phone systems

This release is certified for the following phone systems:

  • Avaya AES

  • Genesys

General improvements

  • TF-11108: Fixes an issue with the Agent Login screen so logins using an incorrect agent ID fail, and the incorrect ID is not stored in the database.

  • TF-12039: Allows users with agent IDs that changed between sessions to connect successfully.

Phone system-specific improvements

Avaya AES

  • REQ-236: Adds logging for the CtiCallId when there is an IVR API timeout.

  • REQ-237: Fixes an issue where the IVR API was getting called twice in situations where it should only have been called once.

Genesys

  • REQ-81: Adds the ability for agents to log in to Tenfold using SSO to eliminate the need for them to enter their passwords and extensions again after logging in to Genesys.

  • REQ-147: Adds the ability for agents to change their web callback status from Busy to Webcallback to let the system know they are available to receive web callback events.

NOTE: Genesys updates are available in the v3.7.1 patch.

Known issues - Windows 2016 only

Some Windows 2016 users may find that they cannot start TCC after installing or upgrading. The message Cannot start service 'tcc' on computer '<name>' displays when attempting to start the service.

If you experience this issue, uninstall the TCC service and reinstall it. It should then start with no issues.

If you continue to experience problems starting TCC, contact Tenfold support.
