General improvements

  • REQ-394: Made some changes to the TCC metrics that are reported to the Tenfold cloud.

  • REQ-376: Made improvements to proxy recovery time.

Phone system-specific improvements

Avaya AES

  • SUS-1604: Resolved an issue that caused the failover function to fail if there was no AES connection when TCC is started.

  • SUS-1601: Implemented a disconnection step to CCM when a primary server fails over. This will streamline the process of investigating the logs.

  • REQ-374: Added the ability for TCC to make repeated attempts to reconnect to CCM if the connection fails, and for TCC to automatically reconnect to AES if AES is disconnected when TCC is started.

Cisco UCM

  • TF-2691: Added failover support.

  • SUS-1748: Resolved an issue that caused some extensions to not be monitored.

  • SUS-1719: Resolved an issue with disconnection event handling in situations when a user was already on another call which caused incorrect analytics.
