Update the Chrome Extension manually

Google Chrome normally updates installed extensions automatically. When you see the news about a new extension version and the extension is not yet updated, you don’t have to wait for Chrome to perform an automatic update – you can manually update instead.

  1. Navigate to chrome://extensions in Chrome.

  2. Check the “Developer Mode” checkbox to enable Chrome Developer Mode.

  3. Click the “Update extensions now” button to update all extensions.

You can see your installed version next to the extension name on the same page.
