Genesys users should use v3.7.5. The Genesys updates in v3.7.5 are not included in v5.0.0.
This release is not certified for Docker users.
General improvements
REQ-237: Fixes an issue which caused the IVR API to be called twice when it only needed to be called once.

Avaya AES
REQ-13: Adds automated failover support for Geo Redundant High Availability, which allows active and standby AE Services to be located in two different data centers.
REQ-236: Adds logging for the CtiCallId when there is an IVR API timeout.
REQ-237: Fixes an issue where the IVR API was getting called twice in situations where it should only have been called once.
SUS-1198: Adds the swap call capability; allows users with a call on hold and an active call to switch between the two.
SUS-1312: Fixes an issue with warm transfers so that the buttons for transfer and merge are available in the agent UI and the correct call numbers display.
SUS-1317: Fixes an issue so that warm transfers show as a single call instead of two separate calls.
SUS-1352: Fixes an issue which caused the buttons for transfer and merge to appear disabled when users transferred calls to an external line.
Cisco Finesse
SUS-1162: Fixes an issue in the Tenfold UI which made it impossible to hang up an unanswered call originating from either Jabber or the Deskphone.
SUS-1351: Fixes an issue where old connections from previous sessions were not removed, causing user login attempts from the embedded client to fail.
TF-12165: Security updates.

REQ-262: Fixes an issue so that agent statuses display accurately when changing status using WWE and CDAX.
REQ-263: Fixes an issue so that phone numbers for inbound calls and inbound calls from warm transfers display correctly.
