Improvements
SUS-719: Fixes an issue which could cause a version mismatch between Avaya AES and the Avaya DMCC library; introduces a configuration parameter in the config file to manually specify the protocol version of the Avaya DMCC communication library in the CCS application.
TF-4802: Changes the CCC heartbeat from every 5 seconds to every 2 minutes.
TF-6440: Adds inbound logging in CCC.
TF-6793: Update which ensures that all RSLT messages are sent to PubNub, independent of the PubNub debug flag.
