Phone systems and operating systems tested in this release
This release was tested on the following phone systems and operating systems:
Avaya AES: Redhat 8, CentOS 8
General improvements
TF-14724: Fixes an issue where calls in progress could be left in a bad state when TCC was restarted, forcing agents to hang up the calls because the snapshot of the system was taken before the phone system was shut down.
SUS-1585: Fixes an issue which could result in users entering incorrect credentials. CCM now returns a 401 http code if login fails for any reason for TCC.
Phone system-specific improvements
Avaya AES
