Phone system-specific improvements

Cisco UCM

  • TF-11591: Fixes an issue where calls would break during multiple warm transfers when there was no correct connection ID in the event.

Avaya AES

  • SUS-1235: Fixes an issue where an established event was ignored when there was no ringing event.

  • SUS-1263: Fixes an issue where hanging up a consult call caused an entire conference call to hang up.

  • SUS-1274: Fixes an issue where transferring or putting calls on hold failed.

  • SUS-1280: Sets status to "pending" when a user tries to set a call status to "wrap up" while the call is still active.

  • SUS-1283: Fixes an issue where a user using AAFd to end a conference call also needed TCC to send a down hangup event for both consult and external calls.
