Cisco UCM: Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2022
Genesys PureEngage: Ubuntu 18.04
This release was not tested on the following phone systems:

General improvements
TF-14061: Improves TCC monitoring by adding a framework for metrics and support for synthetic events.
Adds the following config fields:
demophonesystem.syntheticcall.interval
for production(by default it will be 20sec)demophonesystem.syntheticcall.interval.development
for test/devdemophonesystem.syntheticcall.users
Adds handing for sending synthetic events to cloud every <interval> seconds.
Adds a check for positive time values and for values under 5 seconds(test/dev interval is allowed to be any positive number). Event types iterate in loop (ringing, connected, hangup).
Events are queued.
The first event is sent at the start of TCC.
The
PbxCallId
for every event trio (ringing-connected-hangup) is the same.TF-14435: Improves performance by adding worker verticles, which do not block event loops even if a thread is blocked.
Phone system-specific improvements
Avaya AES
REQ-282: Fixes an issue to allow certification.
SEV-61: Fixes an issue with the serialization of IVR data that could cause issues with restarting the system.
SUS-1504: Fixes an issue which required users to log out and back in before receiving calls after stopping the TCC service on the primary TCC server (failover).
SUS-1514: Fixes an issue which could cause agent UIs to stop syncing with the PBX.
SUS-1550: Fixes an issue which could cause agent UIs to stop receiving ringing events.
SUS-1551: Fixes an issue where extensions were not sent by TCC when the agent clicked Login when already logged in to Avaya because two events would be sent—one with the extension, and a duplicate without the extension. Only one event with the extension is now sent.
Cisco Finesse UCCE
REQ-185: Adds corporate directory support for Cisco Finesse UCCE.
Cisco UCM
SUS-1232: Adds the ability to reassign devices from one user to another user.
TCC fetches the most recent data from the Phone System and publishes an event to the Cloud to inform the list of devices assigned to each extension currently used by the logged in agent. Additionally, as agents may stay logged in for long periods, mainly when “agent login” isn’t supported (Tenfold’s session remain active for several days), a “refresh” action was added in Tenfold App to allow agents to manually trigger a device synchronization between Phone System - TCC - Cloud.
SUS-1507: Adds support for linking recordings for Voice Link during certain merge scenarios with a transfer.
TF-14026: Improves the statuses in heartbeats for the Cisco UCM integration; now sends out data about AXL database, JTapi and RIS Service.
Known issues
TF-14150: SIP agent can log in to the BYOT or TFA without softphone running.
TF-14112: Wrong number is displayed after transfer (UCCE).
TF-14327: Incorrect message displays when agent is not allowed to start consult call (UCM, UCCX).
