General improvements

REQ-203: Adds a warning messages which displays when a user's extension is already in use and someone logs in using the same extension.
REQ-285: Adds additional API support for teams.
REQ-287: Adds the ability to assign or remove a user from multiple teams at the same time.

SUS-1011: Fixes an issue causing some calls to show a zero second duration in the logs when the user created a task in Salesforce.
SUS-1197: Fixes an issue with creating Person Accounts from the Tenfold embedded UI, which resulted in the email address not getting populated in Salesforce.
SUS-1371: Fixes an issue which caused HVS dispositions to appear blank in the Tenfold Dashboard when configured in the database.
SUS-1427: Fixes an issue which removed a related case from a call when the user took notes and then disconnected from the call.

SUS-1422: Fixes an issue which caused the Tenfold agent status to fail to reflect the status changes in Voyant Call Center.

SUS-1367: Fixes an issue which caused the UI to ignore inbound calls but allow outbound calls.

SUS-1332: Fixes an issue which caused the Info tab to fail to display the customized configured fields for single-match and multi-match outbound calls.

RCREQ-90: Adds several call transfer enhancements to the RingCentral integration, including:
- Displaying the transfer icon in the UI during in-progress and for incoming calls
- Displaying a list of contacts a call can be transferred to
- Disconnecting from the original user after the call is transferred to a different user
- Saving the call log and any call recording links in the call log for the original user
