Tenfold v4.34.0 release notes

This release includes the following changes:

UI Improvements and bug fixes

  • Resolved issue with Contextual Matching UI disappearing.

  • Resolved issue with notes placeholder and clickable area positioning.

  • Resolved issue ‘Failed to obtain previous transfer’ when switching accounts.

  • Resolved issue with the ‘Handover’ button not always presenting after merging a warm transfer.

  • Resolved issue with browser freezing during Memorialization feature configuration.

  • Added the ability to configure the OpenIDConnect feature in the dashboard.

  • Resolved issue with ACD dispositions being disabled with NIC integration.

  • Resolved issue with wrap up timer ending as soon as ACD dispositions are selected.

User experience improvements

  • Adjusted styling of Contact Card.

  • Adjusted styling of search results listing.

  • Improved readability of Embedded application when frame sizing is narrowed.

  • Improved previous notes arrow scrollbar; now only visible after the view is ready on a new call.

  • Add feedback when dialing support number from the support tab in Tenfold application.

  • Introduced new placeholder suggestion on no-match calls.

Chrome Extension fixes

  • Resolved issue with corruption of manually saved notes in Bullhorn Novo when using the Chrome or Click to Dial extension.

General stability

  • Implemented solution to have the Tenfold Application automatically import any corporate SSL certificates from Windows that corporate customers use to monitor HTTPS traffic.

  • Improved stability around removing and reading extensions.

Integration-specific improvements

Microsoft Dynamics

  • Added support for Context Match for non-administrative roles.

  • Resolved Context Match UI not showing on occasion when Microsoft Dynamics USD is launched for the first time.

Genesys

  • Improved Agent Directory data visibility.

  • Resolved issue with call history briefly appearing before the Agent Login screen.

TCC and Genesys

  • Reduced logging to reduce memory utilization in large-scale deployments.

Cloud Connect Server

  • Introduced auto-fill Agent information when logging into the Phone System from Tenfold application.

Salesforce

  • Improved API error handling when the description and phone number fields aren’t empty.
