Phone system-specific improvements

Cisco Finesse

  • SUS-1331: Fixes an issue which prevented installing Cisco UCCX after installing TCC.

Genesys

  • REQ-81: Adds three new properties to TCC config.properties to allow:

    • Agents to authenticate in Genesys by validating email and agent ID (password is no longer required).

    • Automatic login to Genesys.

    • Complete logout from the Tenfold session when an agent logs out.

    • Automatic provisioning of agents based on events from TCC when changes are detected in Genesys or when an agent logs in to a softphone.

    REQUIRED: v4.58.1-hp, Tenfold Cloud v156, TCC 3.7.5/5.10

  • REQ-147: Adds a feature which allows users to have basic control over the agent status for Voice and Webcallback channels when an agent's status is changes in Tenfold.

  • REQ-262: Fixes an issue causing agents with a "Ready" state to incorrectly include a reason code; this is fixed by sending a RequestAgentReady code to Genesys with an empty reason code when changing an agent's state to "Ready."

  • REQ-263: Fixes an issue which caused inbound and transferred calls to fail to display in Tenfold.

    REQUIRED: TCC 3.7.3

  • REQ-264: Fixes an issue which caused the second agent added to a merged call (where the first agent and customer are already connected) to get disconnected.

  • REQ-279: Fixes an issue so that the when the agent status is "Available in Tenfold, then the Voice and Webcallback channels are available in WWE, and when the Tenfold agent status is "Not Available," then the Voice and Webcallback channels are not available in WWE.

  • TF-12398: Fixes an issue which could result in agents being associated with the wrong TCC instance, resulting in failed logins.

  • TF-12414: Fixes an issue which caused the handover button to fail to display after merge and to fail to transfer the match context.

  • TF-12466: Fixes an issue causing status sync to take up to an hour.

Known issues

  • For Cisco Finesse: The handover button in the Tenfold UI is missing when an agent receives a direct call (not from a queue) and merges the call with a second agent.

  • For Avaya AES: Restarting the DMCC service repeatedly will break the connection to TCC.
