General improvements
TF-18473: Added new capability to ensure support of Handover after hold for integrations that are able to support this scenario (not supported on Avaya AES).
SUS-1996: Added new Auto-Logout feature to the Tenfold Dashboard. Allows admins to specify an amount of time of inactivity before the users are automatically logged out of Tenfold.
SUS-1884: Resolved logout issues related to using Remember Me with Auto Login when Extensions are updated.
REQ-195: Added ability to remove the Reject option when receiving a transfer. Configured in the Tenfold Dashboard UI Configurator feature.
CRM integration-specific improvements
Bullhorn
RCREQ-246: Organizations using Bullhorn CRM and Ringcentral Phone System will no longer support Opportunities feature within the Tenfold Dashboard or Tenfold Application.
Salesforce
SUS-2105: Added Option to disable pop-out of the Tenfold window within Salesforce. Controlled from the UI Configurator feature preferences.
SUS-1838: Resolved an issue where the blue tick indicating case or opportunity relation was not displayed when a new Contact is created after the phone call ends.
