Tenfold Cloud Connect (TCC) v5.7.0 release notes

Phone system-specific improvements

Avaya AES

  • SUS-1513: Fixes an issue causing TCC to fail to connect to the secondary AES server during failover testing.

  • SUS-1523: Fixes an issue causing TCC to crash after losing connection with AES multiple times.

Cisco Finesse

  • TF-14456: Adds status values to the TCC heartbeat for Datadog.

    The TCC heartbeat in Datadog now reports these values for Finesse:

    ciscofinesse.rest.connection.status
    2ciscofinesse.xmpp.connection.status

Known issues

  • TF-14983: Unable to hang up consult call in OpenCTI add-on for Salesforce if the parent caller hangs up (UCM).

  • TF-15024: Agent cannot hang up or reject an incoming call (UCCE).

  • TF-15025: When an agent clicks the Hold button, call is not placed on hold (UCCE).

  • TF-15026: Restarting AES breaks the active connection on the TFA (AES).

  • TF-15027: If the client caller drops from the conference, everyone in the call is disconnected (UCCE).

  • TF-15044: An outbound call answered by a user who is not logged in to Finesse remains in a ringing state (Finesse).

  • TF-15060: SIPserver connection fails with an error when a user attempts to log in in some cases. User is unable to log in.

  • TF-15078: If an external call to a queue is not answered, the call hangs in the UI of each agent (Finesse).

  • TF-15081: Agent has the ability to hang up a call on hold (UCM).
