REQ-13: Adds automated failover support for Geo Redundant High Availability, which allows active and standby AE Services to be located in two different data centers.
SUS-1312: Fixes an issue with warm transfers so that the buttons for transfer and merge are available in the agent UI and the correct call numbers display.
Cisco UCM
SUS-1253: Fixes an issue which caused a warm transfer to show as ringing for the target agent even though the call was connected.
TF-11655: Fixes an issue causing a second agent to see two active calls after joining a merged consult call with another agent and customer.
TF-11720: Fixes an issue causing a consult call to end in Tenfold when multiple agents were connected in a call after the customer hung up.
TF-11721: Fixes an issue causing a consult call to end in Tenfold after one of the agents hung up but an agent and customer were still on the call.
TF-11725: Fixes an issue causing a call to end in Tenfold when an agent handed an incoming call over to another agent when both agents were in a conference call.
TF-11726: Fixes an issue which caused an incoming call to end in Tenfold when the agent ignored the call on the softphone; call now remains unanswered but not ended in both Tenfold and on the softphone when the user ignores a call.
TF-11814: Fixes an issue with merged consult calls with two agents where the handover button was still available after the second agent left the call.
TF-12004: Fixes an issue with blind transfers to a queue which caused the wrong number to display on the agent's app.
