UI Improvements and bug fixes

  • Fix for delay in showing Agent Login in app profile.

  • Fix for incorrect phone icon in warm transfer view.

  • Fix for agent login to allow enter key to work.

  • Fix for force hangup for Broadsoft, Nextiva and Skype for Business.

  • Fix for Javascript error in Tenfold app.

  • Fix for create record buttons to not show in UI when disabled.

User experience improvements

  • Hide option for desktop notifications for unsupported app versions.

  • Ability to select agent/queue for transfer.

  • Enable dialpad during warm transfer.

  • @ mentions will only send one notification unless a note is updated.

  • Fixed an issue seen in the Cases Activity filter.

  • Made improvements endpoints to increase efficiency.

  • Make dispositions visible during no-match call.

  • Made improvements to call agent status unavailable statuses.

  • Fix for replicate events caused by binding extension and agent.

  • Improved agent polling process.

Mitel 3300

  • Fix for connection issue causing CCS service restarts.

TCC

  • Add agent status capabilities.

Oracle NetSuite

  • Changed the label for encourageConcurrency to Favour Concurrent NetSuite API calls.
