General improvements
REQ-224: Adds the ability to associate calls with a case with no contact record dependencies.
SUS-1198: Adds the ability to swap an active call with a held call, putting the active call on hold.

SUS-1349: Adds the ability to Tenfold Cloud to determine which features the customer's Tenfold configuration supports based on TCC version.
TF-11751: Adds a new menu for team selection in the Dashboard to support a large number of teams and to allow the users to search and scroll through them.
TF-12476: Fixes an issue with retrieving team member data and member IDs for Analytics using the updated Teams management API.

SUS-1299: Fixes an issue with VoiceLink where switching channels removed the Media Provider ID; also adds the
Media Provider Idfield to the VoiceLink feature. Including this setting allows users to view and to update the setting if it is lost for any reason.

TF-11510: Adds the ability for the Click to Dial (CTD) API to handle CTD data when dialing from Outreach.
TF-11513: Adds the ability to use the Tenfold Data Memorialization feature with Outreach.
