Phone system-specific improvements

Genesys

  • REQ-81: Adds the ability for agents to authenticate once via Genesys SSO, eliminating the need to enter credentials again to log in to Tenfold.

  • REQ-264: Fixes an issue with call handovers which caused the second agent to be disconnected.

  • TF-12398: Fixes an issue which could cause agents to have the wrong TCC instance ID assigned, causing the login process to fail.

  • TF-12414: Fixes an issue with call merge which caused the handover button to fail to display and the match context did not transfer.

  • TF-12466: Fixes an issue which caused TCC restarts to take a long time to complete due to the Genesys adapter waiting on status synchronization.
