Tenfold v4.39.0 release notes
This release includes the following changes:
UI Improvements and bug fixes
Resolved an issue with the ability to override the UI state when call controls were disabled.
Resolved an issue that prevented the correct call history from displaying.
Resolved an issue with the Support Contact Details feature that was preventing the custom email address from appearing in user’s UIs.
Resolved an issue in Tenfold dashboard that prevented saving changes to the Custom Caller ID feature.
Resolved an issue loading call attached data fields as data sources in Data Memorialization configurator.
Resolved an issue with Custom Information Tab configurator preview not paginating as expected.
User experience improvements
Time Zone in the UI now reflects the time zone in the Tenfold dashboard.
Enhance ‘View’ configuration to support hiding ‘Supported CRMs’ Supported Phone’ and ‘Available in Plans’.
Support the new ‘Remember Me’ flag from Agent session screen retention.
Allow Agents to pick and choose Outbound Caller ID via the API.
General stability
Resolved issue with Single Sign-On / Corporate login including ‘deleted’ filter when searching for an organization by SAML settings.

Added the ability to automatically detect the corporate domain during login.
Added the ability to automatically match the UI’s language with the language set in a user’s Salesforce preferences if we support that language.
Tenfold Cloud Connect (TCC)
Resolved issue with Agent Login and Logout events being emitted to incorrect Tenfold Cloud Organizations.
Cloud Connect Server (CCS)
Improved error handling with Agent Login with Avaya AES Agent Status.
Cloud Connect Client (CCC) v2.0.5
Reduce heartbeat interval from 5 to 120 seconds.
Fix for some status messages not being delivered to Tenfold cloud (bug in v2.0.4).
