General improvements
SUS-1562: Fixes an issue causing exporting a list of users to fail intermittently when an organization has several thousand users. The information is now sent in chunks instead of retrieving and sending it all at once, as this led to delays in retrieval which could overload services and cause issues with Dashboard.
Phone system-specific improvements
RingCentral MVP (Office)
RCREQ-197: Adds the ability to play recordings directly from Analytics or CRM activity using Voice Link.
To configure the feature:
Navigate to Dashboard > Features > Voice Link and enable the Voice Link feature.
Configure the settings:
General Settings
Recording link field: The string/URL field created in your CRM call module for storing a recording link.
Recording visibility: Dependent on the environment. If local, use Public.
Provider Settings
Recording provider: RingCentral Office
Authenticate using the primary credentials which were used to connect the PBX to the organization.
Make sure the connection is successful and your screen resembles this image:
RCREQ-209: Fixes an issue causing the OAuth connection in the Profile Tab to display "Disconnected Testing" when connected.
RCREQ-210: Fixes an issue causing the OAuth connection in the Phone System tab to disconnect over a seven-day period even when there is activity.
Known issues
TF-15104: Error message displays and two phone numbers appear under the info tab after recording a call and trying to save it (Zendesk).
TF-15174: No-match calls do not display in the app.
