Tenfold Cloud v5.4.0 release notes

SUS-1392: Adds the option for users to suppress a search page when using Click to Dial in combination with a custom search page and contextual matching set up to automatically match CRM objects. In this scenario, the search page is unnecessary because contextual matching will have already determined the matching record, and there is no need for the user to search.

Adds the new skipOnCtd option for the onCall Advanced Workflow trigger. When skipOnCtd is set to true, the trigger will not run for calls originated by the agent via Click to Dial.

SUS-1465: Fixes an issue which could cause some features to fail to work correctly with certain formats of attached data. In this release, the following features add support for potential variables in attached data:

SUS-1489: Removes the default rule which filters out phone numbers shorter than six digits, assuming that they are internal extensions and internal calls.

NOTE: This change applies to new customers only. This rule does not change for preexisting customers in case they require it.

SUS-1503: Fixes an issue which caused Agent Search Query to return a full list of users instead of a filtered list.

TF-6753: Fixes an issue with log files where the Dashboard Production container did not log individual invalid URLs but instead logged a default error message; updates this to a single log containing a comma-delimited list of invalid URLs.

TF-13967: Fixes an issue with the users API so it is now backward compatible.

TF-13707: BYOT: Data memorialization details are not displayed during mapping creation or edits.

TF-13799: Validation fails with the processor error: "enterprise" is not a valid enum value for path "plan."
