Tenfold v4.37.0 release notes

This release includes the following changes:

UI Improvements and bug fixes

  • Added the ability to collapse section on the information tab. This is used in conjunction with the Custom Info Tab feature

  • Added an error message when a user tries to login with credentials and credentials log in capability has been disabled

  • Added icons for transfers and and internal chats to the call journey tab

User experience improvements

  • Added the ability to disable credential logins when SSO is enabled

  • Added the ability to hide some irrelevant information in the dashboards for some parter customers

Integration-specific improvements

TCC and Genesys

  • Added support for agent groups with Agent Status and logins.

Avaya

  • Avaya: Added ability to store the landing queue of an incoming call.

  • Avaya: Improved phone number reformatting capabilities.

  • Avaya: Add ability to prevent CTD from agents currently on a call.

  • Avaya: Added ability to set and unset supervisors during login.

  • Avaya: Added ability to validate roles of a user using advanced workflow.

  • Avaya: Implemented and editor for the custom URL launcher feature.

TCC

  • Added ability to auto-provision agent statuses and reason codes.
