Install plugins for ServiceNow

  1. In the Filter navigator, type "plugins" and then click Plugins when it appears.

  2. Type the name of the plugin you want to install in the search box (example: OpenFrame).

  3. Find the plugin you want to install in the list and then click Install.

    NOTE: Many plugins require that you install additional plugins (example: OpenFrame requires Customer Service).

  4. Click Activate.
