This release includes the following changes:

UI Improvements and bug fixes

  • Dashboard links updated for Support page.

  • Fix for incorrect date in follow up tasks.

  • Chrome Extension: Spelling correct in ‘Grant Permission’ button.

User experience improvements

  • Onboarding wizard flow fix - ability to return to phone system from crm step.

  • Custom Objects now supported in Custom Search feature.

  • Ability to link the number to any custom resource within Salesforce - Map custom object to call.

  • Fix for backend pathing logic and error checks.

  • Dashboard fix to display proper error should a duplicate username be created.

  • Follow Up Task Date fix will return only date fields instead of date and time.

  • Activity tab: After assigning call activity tab should go back to collapsed mode.

General stability

  • Backend support for outdial groups and skill selection on agent session login for engage voice.
