Tenfold v4.30.0 release notes

This release includes the following changes:

UI Improvements and bug fixes

  • Preference for exposing ‘displayName’ for a device in the Tenfold application settings, and if not available, ‘name’ is the secondary display parameter.

  • Removal of placeholder @Mention text when @Mention feature is disabled.

  • Standardized Agent Status Logout button within the Tenfold application.

  • OpenCTI resolved issue that caused activities to fail to load.

User experience improvements

  • Resolved an intermittent issue of Salesforce HVS dispositions not being exposed in the OpenCTI application.

  • Resolved issues with initiating calls from search page.

  • Resolved issue with Agent Login flow when using the Cloud Connect Server phone system integration.

  • Resolved an issue with downloading CSVs from the dashboard in Chrome 83.

Chrome Extension fixes

  • Introduced changes to visible warm/blind transfer tabs when using the Chrome Extension form factor. Now, selected transfer buttons will be selected in hidden tabs/windows.

General stability

  • Resolved an issue with Agent Status auto-provisioning.

  • Resolved an issue that could cause calls to mark as internal and not process as expected.

  • Made an improvement to reduce dashboard latency.

Genesys

  • Genesys Agent Login popup modal improvements.

  • Resolved issue with Genesys Agent Directory exposing ‘undefined’ properties.

  • Genesys TCC Agent Login support introduced.

  • Genesys TCC resolved an issue with agent logout capabilities.

  • Genesys and TCC added support for agent status and reason codes.

  • Genesys and TCC added support for agent directory.

ServiceNow

  • ServiceNow Incident drop-down UI alignment improvements.

  • Engage Voice integration resolved an issue with an incorrect error message during a warm transfer.

  • RingCentral Engage Voice improvements for enabling warm transfer calls from Tenfold dialpad.

  • RingCentral Engage Voice resolved issue with testing connectivity.

  • RingCentral Engage Voice resolved agent directory data display in the application.

  • RingCentral Engage Voice resolved an issue with embedded UIs that displayed an agent status as active even if they were not.

  • RingCentral Engage Voice resolved login issue with WebRTC.

  • RingCentral Engage Voice resolved an issue when transferring multiple calls.

  • RingCentral Engage Voice resolved an issue with transfer button not appearing.

  • RingCentral Engage Voice added support for conference calls.

  • RingCentral removed legacy Pubnub transport type from integration.

Microsoft Dynamics

  • Resolved issues with new ‘Context Match’ functionality in Microsoft Dynamics CIF.

  • Dynamics improvement made to reduce search times.

Cloud Connect Server

  • Cloud Connect Server integration Agent Logout improvements.

  • Cloud Connect Server should not expose Agent Login form when preference is disabled.

Salesforce

  • Salesforce HVS feature editor now allows multiple call results values per call result to be configured in the Tenfold dashboard.

  • HVS feature added to allow multiple call outcomes to be selected.

NetSuite

  • NetSuite resolved an issue where records were opening in edit mode even if the option was disabled in the dashboard.

Netsapiens

  • Netsapiens added subscription implementation.

Active PBX

  • ActivePBX added internal subscription and cancellation features.

Cloud Connect

  • Cloud Connect Manager added ability to retrieve agent status

TCC

  • TCC added agent status federation.

  • TCC added ability for TCC library to retrieve agent statuses from TCC
