Tenfold Cloud v5.5.0 release notes

SUS-1320: Fixes an issue which resulted in the Bullhorn integration returning dates in a format that was incompatible with the Tenfold App, causing sorting issues in activity history for users. The integration now returns activities with dates in ISO format, as expected by the App, ensuring that activities can be sorted propertly.

REQ-197: Adds the ability for agents to display both the Contact ID and the Call Contact ID in the related cases page by adding support for Advanced Queries for getActivities API.

REQ-272: Adds a condition preventing changing the status from OmniChannel when that status belongs to a different team; updating the Tenfold status is not allowed unless the user is mapped to the team.

REQ-302: Fixes an issue with running data memorialization after hanging up a call when setting match and resource via API.

SUS-1450: Fixes an issue which could cause Team Analytics to fail to honor Analytics Visibility settings in certain situations.

TF-13780: Fixes an issue which causes editing the Agent Status order for a team to fail to save properly.

SUS-1467: Fixes an issue which caused VoiceLInk to fail to find recordings in an AWS S3 bucket with certain configurations.

RCREQ-200: Fixes an issue with module name normalization in SugarCRM. Modules were in lowercase while sending the API requests to CRM, which caused them to fail. Modules are now normalized which prevents this issue.

SUS-1418: Adds support for Webex Calling.
