General improvements

  • SUS-1282: Fixes an issue preventing the Local Presence toggle from displaying in the Tenfold UI.

    With this change, the Local Presence toggle always displays for users in the UI when the feature is enabled for the organization. When the user level preference is enabled, the Local Presence toggle does not display for users in the UI, unless access is explicitly granted through Dashboard on a per-user basis.

  • TF-13054: Adds a success message to the Contextual Matching feature to let users know when an object has been successfully related. The object type mentioned (case, in the example) changes to reflect the related object type.

  • SUS-1433: Fixes an issue to ensure that the skill subdirectory displays in the tabs for blind and warm transfers.

Outreach MVP

  • OUTREQ-2: Adds the ability to use Click to Dial with Outreach.

Salesforce

  • SUS-1391: Fixes an issue which caused OpenCrmFlow in a workflow to fail to trigger for 20% to 30% of inbound calls.

Phone system-specific improvements

RingCentral Office

  • RCREQ-183: Fixes an issue which could cause a blank screen to display after an agent answered an inbound call with no matching number.
