General improvements

  • SUS-1718: Added the ability to remove leading and trailing white spaces from login boxes.

  • SUS-1712: Resolved an issue that prevented follow up tasks to be made if the text was typed after NLP was used.

  • SUS-1701: Changed the app behavior so it will no longer pre-fill any agent data if Remember Me isn't checked in the agent login dialogue.

  • SUS-1237: Resolved an issue that prevented allow lists/ block lists from working in the CTD Chrome extension.

  • SUS-1211: Resolved an issue where the transfer dialogue wouldn't revert to the original state once a search was attempted.

  • NICREQ-328: Changed the dialing button behavior so it's not enabled until at least one number is entered.

  • SUS-1345: Added the ability to disable context matching on closed cases.

Salesforce

  • SUS-1434: Resolved an issue that prevented custom resources to display in the Custom Resource Tab if the name was similar to a standard resource.

  • SUS-1210: Added the ability for openCustomUrl advanced workflows to open in the same CRM tab instead of opening a new one.

  • SUS-1206: Resolved an issue with performing bookmark transfers.
