Fixed transfers and conferences to any phone number.

Fixed call direction reporting (it was in some cases switching to inbound after hanging up).

Added option for autostart during connector installation, can be also enabled from Skype monitor.

Fixed Journey Tab and Transfer Icon visibility in the Tenfold app.

Fixed making a call to an international number after conference call to the same international number.
