  • Implemented a PBX connection status in the heartbeat pulses sent to Tenfold Cloud Service.

  • Added a timeout when communicating with the IVR API and added additional logging.

  • Added the ability to automatically reconnect to the PBX if the connection is lost or the session ends.

  • Implemented solution to reduce API calls made to the IVR API.

  • Added the ability to agent polling and agent status.

  • Resolved issue that caused contact and case information to not be passed during a transfer.

  • Added the ability to automatically reconnect to agent polling if a session was ended or a connection was dropped.
