Implemented a PBX connection status in the heartbeat pulses sent to Tenfold Cloud Service.
Added a timeout when communicating with the IVR API and added additional logging.
Added the ability to automatically reconnect to the PBX if the connection is lost or the session ends.
Implemented solution to reduce API calls made to the IVR API.
Added the ability to agent polling and agent status.
Resolved issue that caused contact and case information to not be passed during a transfer.
