Tenfold v4.40.0 release notes

This release includes the following changes:

UI Improvements and bug fixes

  • Improvements to call bar elements to prevent overlap of phone number in drop-down list

  • Resolved issue where Cisco PBX was displayed in Tenfold dashboard when TCC Avaya integration was selected. Avaya logo is now shown on TCC integration selection.

  • Resolved issue with default time format value in time format selector

  • Resolved issue with Call Context Transfer button freezing application

User experience improvements

  • Addition of ‘Remember Me’ option to Agent Login screen

  • Ability to bypass Avaya Agent Login screen when using ‘Remember Me’ functionality

  • Addition of configuration for ‘preferred’ tab in Tenfold Application. Setting preferred tab will focus on desired specific tab on a new interaction

  • Addition of new language support / Tenfold application localization. Includes support for French, Italian, Polish, Spanish, UK English, Chinese Simplified

  • Resolved issue with expanding/collapsing ‘Activities’ tab triggering default tab as active

General stability

  • Deploying Agent Directory functionality and configurability in Tenfold Webservices

Integration-specific improvements

Dynamics CIF

  • Reduced incidents of uncaught errors from user events being mishandled by CIF library.

Salesforce

  • Resolved issue relating to enabling Agent Status Omni-Channel when the Tenfold Administrator is dissimilar to the Salesforce API user. That dependency is no longer a requirement for enabling Omni-Channel.

Genesys TCC

  • Resolved issue with disconnects to WS with CCM not automatically re-establishing.

  • Add support for restricting outbound phone numbers from initiating calls in TCC.

  • Improved handling for Genesys TServer disconnect/connect events.

ServiceNow

  • ServiceNow - Add support for consumers for the SNOW in Tenfold node-server.

Avaya TCC

  • Support Agent Status Logout with Avaya AES TCC integration.

  • Added support for DTMF in Avaya AES integration.

  • Added support for Click-to-Dial in Avaya AES integration.

  • Added support for advanced call controls: Blind/Warm Transfer.

  • Added support for basic call controls: Hold.

  • Added support for basic call controls: Answer.

  • Added support for basic call controls: Mute & Unmute.

  • Improved error handling for Agent Login functionality.
